The short version of how The Fit Mom Blueprint and Toned Live work. The privacy policy sits beside this page and says what we keep.
The Fit Mom Blueprint is an online fitness program from Amy Cheri: strength training, steps, food, and a private group. It is for moms, and it is welcoming to everyone. You use it on this website and in the Toned Live app. There is no in-person location.
Amy coaches from her own training and her life as a mom. Nothing here is a medical service, a diagnosis, or a promise of a particular result.
You create an account on this website, then sign in to the app with the same email and password. Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your login.
In the Toned Live app, open Account from Home and choose Delete account to erase the account and what is attached to it. That cannot be undone.
The iOS app does not sell memberships, show prices, or take payment. Access in the app follows the membership already on your account. If a membership is not active, the app simply waits. It does not offer a way to pay.
On the website, you can leave a one-time tip to support Amy's work: developing the videos, programs, and recipes, and getting them to women who need them. A tip does not start a membership. Tips aren't tax-deductible. The Toned Live app does not offer tips or take payment.
Workouts, step goals, and food targets are fitness coaching, not medical advice. Check with your doctor before you start, and again if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, or managing a health condition. Stop if something hurts in a way that is not ordinary effort, and get medical care. You take part at your own risk.
Community Chat is for members. Be kind. Do not post anything illegal, hateful, sexual, or that shares someone else's private information. You can report a post in the app, and you can hide another member so you stop seeing each other's posts. Amy reviews reports, usually within 24 hours, and can remove a post or a person.
If you allow it, the app reads steps, active energy, and workouts from Apple Health or Health Connect, including walks and runs saved there by other apps. It does not write to your health records. What is saved to your account, and how to turn that off, is described in the privacy policy.
These terms cover the website and the Toned Live app. Questions go to hello@toned.live. We can update these terms; the date below is the latest version. If you keep using the program after an update, the new terms apply.
