Legal

Privacy, plainly.

This policy covers the Amy Cheri website and mobile app, The Fit Mom Blueprint. No legalese maze: here is what we collect, why, and what we will never do with it. Last updated October 2026.

What you give us when you join

When you create an account we ask for your name, your email address, a password, and the track you want to follow (fat loss, strength, or hourglass). Your password is stored hashed: we never keep it in plain text and we can never read it. We use your email to sign you in and to reply when you write to us; we don't sell it or hand it to advertisers.

What you log inside the app

The whole point of the app is tracking your work, so the things you log are stored with your account: workouts and the sets, weights and reps inside them; body measurements; daily steps; the foods and macros you add; class RSVPs; your private journal (reflections, goals, habits, and weekly plans); and anything you post to the group feed.

Your logs and your journal are private to you by default. Weekly progress check-ins in a challenge (weight, measurements, and progress photos) stay on your account. They are not posted to Community, and a photo is not added to a share card unless you choose to share it. The only thing other members ever see is what you deliberately post to the feed. We use your logs to run the features you see, like charts, streaks and goals, and for nothing else. Journal reminders are calendar files you download yourself. We don't send them to a calendar company. If you choose cycle notes, we store the period start and the lengths you enter, on your account only. Other members never see them. You can stop or delete them in the journal. We don't use them for marketing.

A photo you add to a workout share card is used only to draw that card. We don't keep a separate copy of it. If you post the card to the group, the card image is saved with that post, the same as any other photo you attach. In the app, the camera is used only when you tap Take a photo.

The free meal guide list

If you asked for the free weekly meal guide, we stored the email you typed, where on the site you signed up, the time, and that you agreed to hear about the guide. We used that list only for the guide. We don't sell it, and we don't pass it to an outside email service. The signup form is no longer on the site. Weekly email was not sent.

You can take yourself off the list any time at the unsubscribe page (toned.live/free-meal-guide/unsubscribe). That removes the address from future sends. The page does not tell you whether we had the address, so it can't be used to look someone up.

Meal estimates and plans

Meal estimates, meal plans and shopping lists on this site are written from what you type. When you use them, what you type (a food description, foods to avoid, dietary style) and the numbers the form sends (calories, protein, how many meals, and your grocery store for a shopping list) go to Anthropic's API to generate that result. Anthropic uses that text only to generate the result, and it is not used to train models. We don't send your name or email with it.

Cycle tracking

If you choose to track your cycle, we store the dates and lengths you enter, the time you agreed, and which version of the consent note you accepted. That information is saved on your account only. Other members never see it. We do not use it for marketing or advertising, and we do not sell it.

You can edit the dates, stop tracking, or delete all of it from the cycle page in the members area. Deleting it removes those dates from your account. Stopping hides the estimate and keeps the dates until you delete them. The phase you see is an estimate from the dates you entered. It is not medical advice and it is not birth control.

Health data from your phone

The mobile app reads steps, active calories, and workouts from Apple Health (iOS) or Health Connect (Android). Apple Watch writes those on its own. A Garmin watch is included after you turn on Apple Health or Health Connect inside the Garmin Connect app. This access is read-only: we never write to your health records. Connecting is optional.

While syncing is on, the app saves your daily step totals, your daily active calories, and your workouts (when each started, how long and how far it went, calories, and which watch or app recorded it) to your account. Steps count toward step habits. Walks, runs, and hikes can count toward Cardio in a challenge, and Amy can see those as your coach. Other workouts and active calories stay on your account. They show on a finished workout and in your week. They are not posted to Community unless you share them.

You can turn syncing off in the app under Your watch, remove any workout from your history, and revoke the app's access at any time in your phone's health settings. Other members only see a workout if you share it. We never sell health data or share it with advertisers.

Music players

Some workouts include embedded Spotify or Apple Music players. Those players are provided by Spotify and Apple, and when you interact with them, those companies may collect data under their own privacy policies. We don't receive anything from them about what you play.

Notifications from the app

If you allow notifications in the Toned Live app, we store the device token Expo gives that install, tied to your account. We use it to tell you when a challenge you joined is opening or starting, when a live class is starting, when Amy posts a note, when someone cheers a post you shared, for one short daily note from Amy in the morning of the time zone your phone or browser last reported, and for a Sunday journal reminder if you use the journal. Habit and time-block alarms are scheduled on your phone at the time you pick, and we store that reminder on your account so it can be updated or removed. Workout days and times you set on your weekly schedule are stored the same way. The app can remind you when the reminder switch is on. The calendar file is one you download yourself. You can turn each kind off under Notifications in the app or on your profile. We don't use any of this for ads, and we don't sell it. Signing out of the app removes that install's token. Deleting your account removes the token and the reminders too.

Analytics cookies

On the public pages of this website, if analytics is turned on, we load Google Analytics. It sets a cookie in your browser so we can see which pages people open, and whether they create an account, start the free week, or start checkout. We use that to understand the site. We don't sell that information, and we don't use it to show you ads.

The coach admin pages do not load it. If analytics is not turned on, no analytics cookie is set. The mobile app does not load Google Analytics.

Deleting your data

Your data is yours. In the Toned Live app, open Account from Home and choose Delete account. That erases the account and what is attached to it: logs, the journal, measurements, posts, and photos.

You can also email hello@toned.live from the address on your account and we'll erase it the same way.

Questions

If anything here is unclear, or you want to know exactly what we hold about you, email hello@toned.live. A real person reads it, usually Amy.
